Construction Features of Riveting Hand Gun£º

1. Pneumatic riveting gun/clamp mainly includes two parts: handle and barrel. The advantages: simple structure, small volume, light weight, easy maintenance, big impact energy, etc.

2.The gun handle is equipped with push button switch with clearance throttle device, easy to perform start and stop operation. Handle material forged LD5 aluminum, therefore the strength of handle is increased significantly, the life of the riveting gun is also increased accordingly.

3.During operation, it can form air cushion damping holes at the back of gun barrel therefore the recoil force is reduced.

4.The gas distribution device which connected on the barrel is mainly consist of gas hose, action valve and gas distribute blocks, the compressed air work on the piston to drive high-speed reciprocating movement, pounded the punch head to perform the riveting jobs.

 

Riveting hand clamp is a highly efficient manual riveting tool, suitable for larger size workpiece and the inconvenience of moving parts riveting, It is driven by pneumatic power, the clamp is equipped with button therefore can be easily performed riveting process. The better to use it to riveting soft material under 6 mm diameter due to the limitation of structure, small size and light weight.

2. Air chamber barrel is made in aluminum materials, equipped with button switch which is applied clearance throttle device, it is easy to start with perfect conduction effect during operation.

3. The gas distribution device which connected on the barrel is mainly consist of gas hose, action valve and gas distribute blocks, the compressed air work on the piston to drive high-speed reciprocating movement, pounded the punch head to perform the riveting jobs.
